Thanks for posting that grh, good job...

... these can also be done from within the OS it self. most of them are turned off when turning off some of the new 'features' of Windows 10 even if they are not specifically called what is shown above because they are behind the scenes or related, some of them can be done by using the 'custom' install during install of Windows 10. For example, OneDrive is actually the 'Microsoft Account' things are sent to, so choosing to create the account locally and not set up the Microsoft account during install keeps anything from being set to Microsoft except for some of the feedback (under which the diagnostics\error telemetry information collection lies) and defender (which is really what was called 'Microsoft Security Essentials" but changed to the telemetry model) information and those can be turned off in the OS (for example, feedback/diagnostics, >https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/forum/discussion/comment/32013/#Comment_32013 and for "defender" the registry method can be used > See OPTION TWO

Or..... one can take the "turn off things" route at the the beginning of install for Windows 10 by choosing a custom install and not an express install and turning things off in the custom install. In the custom install one has a choice to either create the Microsoft  account (for which you will provide information) or have the account local (for which you will not provide information). If the Microsoft account is not created then information is not sent to Microsoft and as a result of creating the the local account instead many things are automatically disabled (but you can disable them later after install also). The local account is basically what people have been using already all these years when they log on to their computer. To choose the custom install DO NOT click the "Use Express settings" buttoninstead click on the lower left 'Customize settings' "link" on the install screen (shown below with 'Customize settings' location circled in green)

A search will reveal lots of information and guides for how to turn things off/control things in Windows 10, for example, to turn off/or control 'Wi-FI Sense' see the Faq on 'Wi-FI Sense'
