Produlo, grihopilo, twisted neck - what to do? Sometimes the pain comes at the most inappropriate moment.

Today I will share a very simple yet working technique to help reduce pain in just a couple of minutes. This technique is not a cure, but it will help reduce the pain by the time you see a doctor, like me. For this you need to read and save this post and also call for an assistant.

Turn your head right, left, up, down. Identify the most painful position and rate the pain intensity on a 10-point scale. Also evaluate the degree of mobility restriction.

So, on the back of the leg there is a meridian of the urinary bladder. He is in the picture before this post. The long meridian itself starts on the foot and ends on the head. In this case, you'll have to work with his leg part.

Ask the assistant to slowly press the meridian move through every 1 cm, while doing it better for you to lie down comfortably so that your leg is relaxed. Your task is to experience the most painful place of the meridian process and inform the assistant where it is.

Next, this sensitive place needs to be very intensively massaged by circles and press movements for 1-2 minutes.

Evaluate the intensity of pain in the most painful position by 10 points scale. Also rate how much the neck mobility has increased. The procedure can be repeated every 2 hours.
